Being in the precast industry for over 20 years, I'd like to share some general things about precast construction in a simple way so that all can comprehend.
1) Conventional construction vs Precast construction
In conventional construction all the concrete members are cast at site while in precast construction, the concrete members are cast in the factory, transported to site in trailers and erected at site by means of a mobile crane or a tower crane.

It's a great demonstration of all our noble gesture by our friends, and thus our unity for humanity to a timely aid / meet the emergent situation of our classmate / friend Thiruvenkata Chari, even across continents, in addition to our great timely domestic hands.
As per today's discussions with Thiruvenkata Chari, it's learnt that his son has recovered well and thus stands discharged from the hospital Yesterday, 27th Aug 2018 evening around 20:30 hrs, with all of our Prayers and our GOD's Blessings.

It is a proud moment of Laurels for our classmate RajKumar S, an Athletic Champion {Under-16 National Level} of our school times, who Studied with us from 6B to 10B, 11C, 12C (Consistent Centum in Accountancy of 12th, most favorite Maths Student of our Teacher Mr KND, but just missed his Maths Centum), BCom, M.Com and is a successful Business Annachi, dealing in Materials for Construction Industry, now.

It is a proud moment of Laurels for our classmate Prem Kumar T C, an Athlete, Football player of our school times, who Studied with us from 6B to 10B, before he moved to CNT Polytechnic, for is Diploma in Civil Engineering and is a successful Practicing Civil Engineer, now.
Yeah, Our Prem Kumar's Second Son Naren has successfully secured B. E.[CSE-SS] seat in College of Engineering, Guindy, under Anna University, with his 12th Std Cut-Off marks of 198.25 / 200 in the recent Counseling.
Hearty Congratulations to PremKumar T C and his family.

Dear Friends,
Today, incidentally I was negotiating at a nearby news & magazine agent shop, for lower denomination of currencies in exchange for a 2000 rupee note, in order to urgently tip a valet service availed, near the Police Training College, Ashok nagar, Chennai. But the shop keeper was suggesting to purchase some magazine to get the required change, I was requesting him.
